“Digital Tokens Wallet” signifies any software application or mechanism employed to store and transfer Digital Assets.
“External Account” pertains to any financial account employed to deposit funds into or withdraw funds from your Nova Spire Chain Account.
“Fiat Assets” pertains to the official currency in a jurisdiction that is commonly used, accepted, and considered legal tender.
“Nova Spire Chain Account” refers to an account provided by Nova Spire Chain where digital assets are stored and accessible to users.

Registration and Legal Entity Verification

When registering a legal entity with Nova Spire Chain, you affirm that:

Account Creation and Usage

Nova Spire Chain reserves the right to limit the number of accounts each user can have. Nova Spire Chain also reserves the right to cancel any market trade orders and limit accounts to trading within a specific value range.

Trading and Transactions

Nova Spire Chain may refuse to cancel market trade orders after fulfillment or cancel orders due to insufficient funds. Users are accountable for taxes applicable to their trades. Nova Spire Chain does not act as principal or fiduciary in these transactions.

Withdrawals and Fees

Accounts without complete KYC documents are limited to a value equivalent to $100. Nova Spire Chain is not responsible for fees associated with users’ External Accounts.
